Hello, I'm
Michael Romanek.
3rd-year UX Engineering student at Milwaukee School of Engineering — specializing in qualitative research, accessibility evaluation, and conversational AI design.
I go to the user first. I build from evidence.
About Me
I'm a UX Researcher and Designer with a genuine curiosity about why people make the decisions they do. My work spans field observations, semi-structured interviews, WCAG accessibility audits, and Figma design systems — always with a focus on turning raw insights into actionable recommendations.
I'm also completing a certificate in AI for Emerging Applications with a medical imaging focus, sharpening my understanding of human-AI interaction at the frontier.
